HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Mouse over and click the item you wish to purchase. Select the Size and Quantity and click 'ADD TO CART' to add to your Shopping Cart. Click the Shopping Cart icon to review your order and click 'CHECKOUT' to pay with a credit card or "Paypal" to check out with Paypal. Note: you can still use your credit card when checking out with Paypal.
DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE PURCHASES?
No. You can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card to pay for products at checkout. Signing up for a Paypal account is optional, even when you use the Pay with Paypal option.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will usually ship by the end of the next business day. Please note that orders placed during a sale or promotion may take longer to process. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please feel free to contact Customer Support at email@example.com.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?
We use a unisex silhouette for our t-shirts, which runs on the smaller side vs. a traditional relaxed fit. When in doubt, order the larger size for t-shirts. Our hoodie sizing is standard.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Exchanged and returned items must be as you received them (original condition: unworn and clean). No credits will be issued for items that have been worn or washed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error. If merchandise is being exchanged, ground shipping (to the contiguous 48 states) will be provided at our expense for the new product to be shipped back to you.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs that are associated with items being sent back.
