SHIPPING & RETURNS
Domestic orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email notification with tracking when your order ships. If orders are not received within seven business days please contact us at info@deepthoughtsdesigns.
For expedited shipping choose Priority Mail. Priority shipments normally take 1-3 business days to arrive.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. Exchanged and returned items must be as you received them (original condition: unworn and clean). No credits will be issued for items that have been worn or washed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error. If merchandise is being exchanged, ground shipping (to the contiguous 48 states) will be provided at our expense for the new product to be shipped back to you.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs that are associated with items being sent back.
